Sharing a listing
Every published listing gets a public page of its own. No login, no Formule branding in the way — a page you can send to a buyer, paste into a portal, or put in an advert.
Getting the link
Section titled “Getting the link”-
Go to Listings.

Find the property and press the share icon on its card.

On a phone your normal share sheet opens — WhatsApp, Messages, wherever. On a desktop the link is copied and you get a Link copied! confirmation.
You can also click the listing’s title, which opens the public page in a new tab. Whatever is in the address bar is the link.
What it looks like when you paste it
Section titled “What it looks like when you paste it”Formule generates a preview card for the link — the header image, the title, the price and the location — so pasting into WhatsApp, Messenger, Slack or a Facebook post shows the property rather than a bare address.
This is why the first photo matters so much. It is the picture everyone sees before they decide whether to tap.
Downloading the photos
Section titled “Downloading the photos”The download icon on a card gives you every image on the listing in one go — useful for a portal upload or a print advert. It appears only when there is something to download.
Your own page, across every listing
Section titled “Your own page, across every listing”A single property link is one thing; a page that represents you is another.
Your mini-site is your personal public page — who you are, the areas you cover, your track record and your client reviews. One link that works for every conversation.

Sending a listing to many leads at once
