Setting up your agency
Your agency itself is created by the Formule team — it is not something you set up from a signup form. What follows is everything that is yours to do once it exists.
The order that works
Section titled “The order that works”-
Set up your own agent profile. As a branch manager you are not automatically an agent. Open Profile; if you see a card saying Set up your agent profile, press it. Without an agent record you cannot hold leads yourself or connect WhatsApp.
-
Put a few real listings in. Agents joining an empty system have nothing to work with, and leads need a property to attach to. See Adding and editing listings.
-
Invite your agents and approve them as they apply. See Inviting and managing agents.
-
Decide how leads get routed before the first advert runs, not after. See Assigning and routing leads.
-
Connect the assistant. Link your own Telegram first so you know what your agents are being asked to do. See The Telegram assistant.
Things only Formule can switch on
Section titled “Things only Formule can switch on”Some capabilities are turned on per agency by the Formule team. If you want one, ask your Formule contact — there is no toggle in the app:
| Capability | What it gives you |
|---|---|
| Connecting agents’ WhatsApp numbers, chat history on a lead, bulk messaging. | |
| Listing views | The Total Views figure and per-listing view counts. |
| Advertising budgets | A monthly ad budget on each agent’s profile, with history. |
| AI lead handling | Automatic classification and preference extraction from lead comments. |
Roles are the same story: who is a branch manager and who is an agent is set by Formule, not from inside the app. What you can do yourself is approve agents, assign leads, and switch an agent’s private-leads area on or off.
If you are a solo agent
Section titled “If you are a solo agent”An independent agent gets a personal agency of their own, created the first time you sign in. You will be shown Welcome to Formule and a Set Up Your Agency form:
- Agency Name is optional — leave it blank and your own name is used.
- Your Full Name is required.
- Phone Number and Location are worth filling in; they show on your public pages.
Press through and you land in your new workspace.
Making sure it is actually working
Section titled “Making sure it is actually working”Before you point advertising spend at it:
- Create a test lead against a real listing and check it appears in Leads.
- Assign it to an agent and confirm they can see it — and that a different agent cannot.
- Ask that agent to set a status and write a comment, and check you can read it.
- Open Office performance from your profile and confirm the numbers move.
If any of those fail, fix it now. Every one of them is a thing that silently loses leads later.
