What Formule is
Formule is the system a real-estate agency runs its leads, listings and agents on. One agency, one workspace: every enquiry that arrives from an advert or your website lands in the same place, gets assigned to an agent, and is worked until it converts or dies.
It is built around a single idea — an enquiry is worthless until somebody owns it. Most of the product exists to shorten the gap between a lead arriving and an agent picking up the phone.
What you actually do with it
Section titled “What you actually do with it”How a lead moves through it
Section titled “How a lead moves through it”- Somebody fills in a form — on one of your adverts, or on a listing page.
- The lead appears in the Leads workspace within seconds. Nobody owns it yet.
- A manager assigns it to an agent, or the agent picks it up. The agent can be given it outright, or asked to take it — in which case the contact details stay hidden until they accept.
- The agent calls, then sets a status and writes a comment saying what happened.
- The manager sees the comment. If an agent has gone quiet on a lead, that shows up too.
That loop is the whole product. Everything else — campaigns, the marketing tools, the assistant, the reporting — exists to feed it or to measure it.
What Formule is not
Section titled “What Formule is not”It also is not self-serve. Formule is invite only — agencies are set up by the Formule team, and agents join an agency that already exists. There is no “create an account” button, by design.
Who this documentation is for
Section titled “Who this documentation is for”- Agents — start with Working your leads.
- Agency managers — start with Setting up your agency.
- Developers — Formule speaks MCP, so an assistant can read and write your agency’s data under exactly your permissions.
